Join Rachel for a Yin Yoga workshop to reflect and replenish!
As we round the corner into the late summer, honor the season with a workshop to slow down, reflect and replenish. Yin is a deeply powerful practice that allows for processing at multiple levels. We will begin with a brief writing exercise to connect with our inner knowing and set a personal intention. Then, we will move through a gentle, calming yin practice to experience more balance in the mind, body and spirit. Leave feeling revitalized and ready for the week (and season) ahead!
