Monthly Prenatal Yoga Workshop with Anna Francis

Join us for a nurturing and empowering Prenatal Yoga Workshop guided by Anna Francis, an experienced therapist and yoga teacher!

We invite you to COME AS YOU ARE! Exhausted, cranky, excited, glowing, growing - all are welcome! No prior yoga experience is necessary. Let the practice nurture you and strengthen your body, preparing you mentally and physically for labor and postpartum. All workshops include discussion and connection time, reflection and meditation, and an empowering flow that can be adapted to your level.

Whether you're looking to connect to your body or build community, our monthly prenatal workshops offer a holistic approach to support you during your pregnancy. Each session is designed to support expectant mothers through the physical and emotional journey of pregnancy, offering a safe space to connect with their bodies, minds, and other mamas. You'll leave each one feeling relaxed, empowered, and connected. Come get supported and nurtured on your pregnancy journey!

The theme of our August workshop is Preparing for Birth!

At some point in every pregnancy, the reality of birth begins to sink in: You will deliver your baby. And you can do it.

This month’s workshop offers a space to explore your hopes, questions, and fears about birth. Through gentle yoga, grounding meditation, and supportive group conversation, we’ll begin to mentally and emotionally prepare for labor.

Come connect with other expecting moms, tap into your body’s wisdom, and cultivate confidence for the journey ahead.

No prior yoga experience necessary. All trimesters welcome.
